OPI Embarca-Dare Ya!

OPI Embarca-Dare Ya! is from the new Fall 2013 San Francisco collection.  It is a beautiful rose colored shimmer with a slight golden duochrome in the bottle which doesn't translate to the nail.  It has a lovely shimmer that really shows nicely in the sun and gives a somewhat metallic sheen in indirect light.  Application was pretty good - easy to control, a tad sheer at first, and a little streaky, but evened out nicely at 3 coats.  I enjoy pinks and because this one pulls dark I really like it, although I wouldn't say it's terribly unique.  Enjoy -     >^..^<

OPI If You Pink So...

OPI If You Pink So... is a Beauty Brands exclusive color from Spring 2012.  I had seen swatches somewhere, and knew I had to find it, and low and behold it turned up on eBay!  It is a beautiful medium hot pink, with blue microshimmer that gives it a lovely glow and a very slight textured look.  Application was great - easy to control, not a streak in sight, and built nicely in opacity.  It is simply gorgeous - both in the sun where the shimmer really stands out as well as in indirect light where the shimmer is still visible, but more as a flecked texture.  This is one definitely worth looking for if you like colors like it!  Enjoy -     >^..^<

OPI Muir Muir on the Wall

OPI Muir Muir on the wall is from the new fall 2013 San Francisco collection.  It is an interesting color, kind of a muddy smokey purple in the sun, and just dark grey purple in indirect light.  Application was ok - a tad bit streaky, but evened out nicely and was fully opaque at 3 coats.  It has a beautiful shimmer in the sun, with somewhat blackened edges, which is an effect I like.  It is a perfect falls shade, and definitely a winner in this collection!  Enjoy -     >^..^<
