L'Oreal Ocean

L'Oreal Ocean is an oldie but goodie!  This is seriously one of the most beautiful polishes I own, and I'm so happy to have it in my collection.  Despite it's age, the formula was still perfect - no thinner needed, not too goopy or runny, just a nice consistency.  The bristles themselves on the brush are a bit long, which is kind of awkward, but is a minor complaint.  Application was good - there was a little dragging near the cuticles on a few nails, but that all went away with 3 coats of polish.  It has a bit of a bumpy finish, so I used a coat of Gelous before SV.  LOVE this one!
