OPI I Saw... U Saw... We Saw... Warsaw

OPI I Saw... U Saw... We Saw... Warsaw is from the new Euro-Centrale collection for Spring 2013.  It is a deep navy, but teal-leaning blue creme.  Application was ok - a bit hard to control around the cuticles, but covered completely in just 2 coats with no streaking or patchiness.  In the few spots I had to do a little clean-up it was a bit hard, as it tended to want to spread around and stain, so it will be interesting to see if my nails are blue when I take it off!  I like this one - it never looks black, even in low light, and the teal tint to it keeps it from looking like "just another navy".  Enjoy!     >^..^<
