OPI Ink

OPI Ink is a beautiful sparkly indigo, exactly the same shade as a blue ball point pen!  It was originally released as part of the 2007 Night Brights collection, and I bought this bottle as part of that initial release.  Despite it's age (7 years old already!) application was fantastic - nice formula that went on with minimal streaking and drag, but it is a tad sheer (to allow the sparkles to be more visible), so I used 3 coats here for full opacity.  The sparkles are more of a glass-fleck type than actual glitter like the Orly Star Spangled I posted about yesterday.  There is a slight duochrome effect in the bottle, and the sparkles appear to take on a pinkish tinge at times as well in the bottle, but none of that translates to the nail unfortunately.  Despite that, it is still a beautiful color - enjoy!     >^..^<
