ChG Galactic Gray is another from the Hologlam collection that came out this past spring. It is a gunmetal, almost charcoal gray with a nice fine holo. The holo shows up nicely in direct sunlight, but in indirect light it is very subtle. Not that it's a bad thing - I prefer more subtle holos like this as opposed to stronger, more "in your face" versions. Application was... horrid. Like every color from this collection, it was very streaky, left lots of cuticle drag, and tended to pool on the nail instead of self-leveling, leaving a bumpy, ridged appearance in some areas. I don't have, and refuse to buy, an aqua base - but I've heard that helps the application. I used a good amount of polish on the brush, laid the brush almost parallel to the nail plate, and tried not to go over any area twice and that did seem to help. The end result is very pretty, and I'm enjoying the rainbows on this sunny hot day! Enjoy - >^..^<
