Lippmann Ray of Light

Lippmann Ray of Light is a beautiful dark cobalt jelly with copper-to-green flakies.  The copper is the dominant color most of the time, and it is a nice contrast with the blue.  Application was very good, as usual for most Lippmann's - nice consistency, easy to control with the great brush, and built in opacity easily while still allowing the flakies to shine through.  I used Poshe as a t/c and dry time was fine.  The base color is more of a royal blue in direct sun, and in indirect light it darkens up to almost, but not quite, navy hue.  I suppose you could get a similar look by layering something like SH HT or Essie SotT over a navy creme, but there is something special about the flakies here being embedded in the base that makes it a bit more special.  Enjoy -     >^..^<
