Zoya Sailor is from the new Fall 2013 collection, and Orly's new matte Pink Flakie Topcoat is a recent release as well. Sailor is an appropriate name, as it is a very nautical shade; darker than a royal blue, but not quite a true navy creme either. Application was very good, as with most Zoya cremes - nice consistency, fairly easy to control, and needed only 2 coats to be fully opaque. I wore it by itself for a while, then topped it with Orly's Matte Pink Flakie Topcoat. The topcoat isn't really flakies as I would describe them (think Shine of the Times, Hidden Treasure, etc), but more like densely packed shards of color somewhat like ChG Luxe & Lush. But they do lie flat and give a nice pastel rainbow effect. The matte effect develops fairly quickly, but it does take a few minutes to dry completely. I like this both with the Zoya alone and with the topcoat. Can't wait to try the topcoats (I also got the green one) over other colors! Enjoy - >^..^<
