SH Ruby Sapphire over OPI Incognito in Sausalito

OPI Incognito in Sausalito is a new color from the Fall 2013 San Francisco collection; it is a very dark navy creme, which looks almost black in indirect light.  Application was ok - a bit hard to control, but was fairly opaque and I only used 2 coats here.  In direct sun you can tell it is navy, but in indirect light it is very dark, which I'm not sure I like.  So I put an oldie but goodie over the top to spice it up - SH Ruby Sapphire, which is a beautiful blue / violet / red multichrome sheer shimmer.  Straight on, it looks blue - either slightly turquoise or usually more of a royal blue, but as you change the angle of your hand it changes into a fuchsia type color - not ruby as the name implies (which to me implies slightly warmer in tone), but more of a cool pink tone, and at extreme angles it starts to show a little warmth.  I love this combination - it's been a while since I've worn RS, and it looks great over IiS!  Enjoy -     >^..^<
