Orly Pixie Powder over OPI Rumple's Wiggin'

Orly Pixie Powder over OPI Rumple's Wiggin' - PP is from the Fall 2013 Surreal collection and Rumple's Wiggin' is from a Shrek collection form a few years back.  PP is a very sheer glitter - best used as a layering polish, as the base is clear and the glitter is small.  It is an interesting color - it looks lavender, but the lavender glitter seems to have a pink duochrome thing going on, as it looks like a light purple with a pink flash.  I layered it over RW for opacity, and the light lavender seemed to make a nice base for PP.  Application on both was ok - the OPI was a little streaky, as expected with a pale opaque pastel, and the Orly went on evenly with no problem.  I used 2 layers of each color for this mani.  A lovely change of pace!  Enjoy -     >^..^<
